I asked Annette at one of the markets at the Cross Keys pub White Notley (Life in Shadows) if she could do an interpretation of a hamerkop bird by commission, which would be presented to the company I work for, Hamerkop Climate impacts Limited. The company branding had just changed, and the Hamerkop bird’s head was more prominent, and a shadow box display would be just the ticket.
From the outset, Annette was great. Really helpful and was quick to advise on what she could do for me. Once agreed, the shadow box was ready within the week of the order and delivered, as I live local.
The art was perfect, just how I imagined it would be and I was very proud to present this to the company and is proudly displayed in the main office.
